The guy who helped us was extremely helpful. He jumped in and helped with the hitch cover and other things because my back was on fire from moving, and I could barely stand up. He was a refreshing surprise.

Due to the U-Haul system being down when I picked up the trailer, the reservation and contract didn't show up on my U-Haul app so I was unable to make use of the 24/7 drop off at this location. No fault of the drop off location, but you guys really need to get the app and electronic billing / reservation system stability fixed - it is causing customer problems.
John RussellLocation does not accept cash or check and was not advertised when making reservations online, was only advertised on the door at the location. We were 5 hours from home on a Sunday, I hadn't gotten my new bank card, and couldn't get money transfer to another bank. Wouldn't have been able to pickup reservation if a friend hadn't been with me and used their debit card. We will just spend extra and use our local facility from now on, that way we can pay cash if we have an issue with our bank card at the last minute.

If I need to rent anything from uhaul in the future it will from this location even if it’s way out of my way! The service was exceptional and he made renting easy. Thanks

Aaron KochOne of the worst customer services experiences I have had. Not only was this man so disrespectful by answering personal phone calls while having me wait on my paperwork, he did not help me figure out what option would be best for me at all. He quoted a price and explained if I went over that it would cost more, he did not tell me that I was able to drop off at a different location to make it cheaper and after I had asked he said it was “too late”. In an already overwhelming and confusing time I feel like this employee took advantage.

Brian SimmonsService was good and fast. The only thing I feel they could do is it’s advertised for a certain price but I’ve never seen the hidden cost of what you’re priced. You go in thinking your cost is $29.95 but I have never seen on any advertising that you pay for mileage. It makes sense that you pay for that on the business side but when you call and ask for the price of a rental all your told is one price it’s a shocker when your told $29.95 and when you go in to get your equipment and your bill is $143.00 that’s a far cry from $29. When you call in they should tell you it’s $29 plus mileage and not just $29. But other than that the service was fast

Bobby BrownThis location did the best they could given the circumstances. We had to wait 3 hours to get our truck and trailer. That delay made our move very difficult as we only had so much time to unload our storage unit that day before our cross country move. We had to work until well after dark due to the delay getting our truck. The time to return the truck was not accurate because it reflected the time we were supposed to get the truck and not the actual time we were finally able to get it. This made things harder once we got to Colorado. We’ve used uhaul several times but this was an unpleasant experience for sure. Again, this location and its employees tried the best they could to help. We do feel uhaul should offer some sort of compensation for the delay and not having guidelines in place on what to do when their system isn’t working properly.

Shannon ThomasWhen I pre-ordered my U-Haul it said I would only have to pay $305 they charged me $342 and told me to put the same amount of gas in it that was in the when I picked it up when I dropped it off in Knoxville TN I was called the next day and was told someone changed something in the app and needed to put $100 worth of gas in the U-Haul or I would be charged another $200 for a fueling fee I had to leave work in order to refuel the U-Haul I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone

There was a phone number on the door but when called their "mailbox" was full and I could not even leave a message. Poor way to run a business in my opinion . We just locked the truck and with more then enough fuel , an dropped keys in box. But all in all the rental was great!
Marlene BishopOriginally for scheduled for 9:00 am pick up at Storage Girl , S Willow Ave, Cookeville ,TN was not open and no answer on phone. After calling a Uhaul rep the next pickup location 20 miles away was in Sparta, TN . Sparta Location manager was friendly and prompt but facility and Trailer was old and in poor condition and left rear tire was low, only 25 psi when picked up.
