Clear instructions on where to leave the truck WITHOUT having to call. We did not have cell service at this location, making it extremely difficult to figure out the instructions on how to leave the truck there.

Had made an appointment with Jacobs in Langley Ky. Went to pick it up and he didn’t have one it was supposed to be a 10 foot. He said had not had one in months. He called G&B and got a 15 foot only for the day. I didn’t receive a call stating Jacobs didn’t have one. Had to drive extra 25 to 30 miles because he didn’t have one.

The location I rented from was so helpful and they accompanied by needs and giving exact explanation about returning vehicle. I would recommend Betty, the lady I checked in with to everyone, so pleasant and helpful. A great UHaul experience and my weekend move was accomplished without a hitch!

Entire loss of day trying to get uhaul trailer location half mile from my location owner would not return messages or phone calls and they had ten uhaul trailer like I needed lost entire day trying to get trailer ended up having to load trailer in the rain. Very disappointed.
