Colby Vit was disturbing that the owners of the place made us try and park the truck behind the location with other trucks and it was difficult. after spending over $600 i was not happy with their customer service. they were not very friendly at all.
bonita mThey were not open at the time of pick up which was 8:00am. We spent over an hour of wasted time waiting for the place to open. Then we were told someone already rented it because it was shown as not picked up at 8:00am. However they hadn't picked it up yet either so he gave it to us since we booked first. The truck was falling apart and leaked both in the cab on my sons head and all over our stuff in the back. There was a tiny tiny sign in the back that my son noticed as we were unpacking the truck that stated "the truck is water resistant not water proof". Obviously the owner knows his truck is in poor shape and won't do anything about it. We rented a dolly and was told when we return the truck make sure we lock it with the pad lock so no one can take it. We tried but the pad lock was broken. Not at all a good experience.

MICHAEL OThere are no signs. Only a sticker on the glass door at the smoke shop. I would never have known that it was a U-Haul place. It was a hookah shop. Everything turned out all right but it just needs a more professional business like atmosphere.
TERESA FNext time don’t rent a uhaul with a hole in the gas tank. And then send me out on a 30 minute drive for a replacement when you have one 10 minutes away.

JAMIE CThe place was fine. The uhaul drive well and helped me move what I needed to relocate. However, my experience with checking into your online system was an hour long waste of time. Since the system showed I was .65 miles away from the location (even though I was standing in the store, in front of the store, in the parking lot, behind the building, standing next to the uhauls), it would never recognize I was at the location. I then talked to three different reps over the course of an hour just to get the uhaul. I had to send a photo of my drivers license front and back (nbd), a selfie (weird but ok), then they had to call two different people at almost 9pm to verify me (and now I’m annoyed). I totally understand that you need to be certain you are not renting your uhauls to someone that will not return, destroy or commit a crime in said vehicle. What I don’t understand is that I had to talk to three people and trouble shoot for over 45 mins just to get to the point that I was verified and able to drive away. The entire point of using/making your business online is to make the process easier and less time consuming. I’m sorry to say but uhaul has not accomplished that. When I returned the uhaul, the guy at the store said the other person picking up a uhaul that morning had the same issue. So it was not me, it was not my phone. Please do the work to fix the system.
MANDY NFor this business - truck rental is a sideline and as such, their UHaul computer system was not working properly - vendor had to handle over his smart phone. But I was provided with all required paperwork.
JAMES RWe dropped after hours and didn't see where to leave a key (no signs and nothing online to tell us), so we parked in the parking lot next to a 10' truck and put it under the doormat! It is located at a small strip center. When I called in the AM, I was told that trucks and key drop are in back of the center. We were tired and just wanted to get home, not go on a hunt. Signage on the front door or windows would have been most helpful.

beverely mI have always used other moving truck rental companies and this time I chose uhaul. By far this has been the best experience I have had. I loved how I could complete my whole truck rental contract without speaking to a person. This was convenient for me and my favorite part of my experience. Thank you.

SERGUEY TWorse customer service experience, he asked me to pay and didn’t let me see the truck so when we went to see the truck we realized i was too big we asked theguy to switch it it for us instead of rhe 20 foot we needed the 16 instead he said yes but we had to pay the same amount we called the uhaul customer service office and a lady supposedly fixed for us wish was a big fat lie so no won’t recommend nooo body to rent a truck from uhaul last monday was a week since we moved today we called to see why they haven’t return the money to the account they said the case was closed UHAUL is a rep off DONT RENT FROM THEM
Luis BThe owner was rude to me over the phone. The gas tank had a hole drilled into it so we were stranded on the side of the road. I had to pay for 2 Lyft rides to and from a gas station, buy a $17 gas can and fill it up with gas and when we came back the gas seeped out of the gas tank and we noticed there was a hole drilled into it. I had to call roadside assistance and after 3 hours of waiting they brought me another uhaul. I would like to have my money back for these expenses!

GRACE AYour computer system sucks. Had to yet over 30 minutes & run my card twice. Day of return same thing. Had to run my card twice and my account was deducted twice.
JESSE WRoz was amazing. He went above and beyond trying to make sure I had the rental truck at the time I needed even though a truck wasn't supposed to be scheduled back at that time and their shop would be open. He was great.

Thomas Gmade appointment to pick up at 10am , store did not open until 11am , I had movers waiting , there was a lot of confusion as to where to return it, no one available near by because of overload . I should not be charged for milage over 74

edward kDissastisfied with reservation service. Was not able to receive the equipment "guaranteed" and was not able to be refunded to meet original equipment price quote. Was offered $25 gift card for future use but that isn't largely helpful to the person who isn't about to move again. No particular complaint with location.
