The experience was overall great, and I found it easy to understand. However, I noticed that the app showed one price for a specific item, but when I tried to rent it, it changed. I had to process the payment again at pick up because my phone would not process the “I'm here” part, but this time, the price was different and ended up being around $75/78 instead of the $50 something displayed on the app. It was a bit disappointing to see such a significant price difference. But I desperately needed the Uhaul, and I just wanted you to be aware. Thank you. ᵕ̈

So I have rented a bunch of Uhauls up to my current age of 54. I know the best of the best places to rent from AND THIS PLACE IS THE BEST !!! I am so thankful for the friendly and helpful people. The truck is always CLEAN and READY TO GO.

Everything was great and service was wonderful. The staff member (older lady) can't remember her name, helped me even save $150 on my reservation. She was wonderful and very helpful and informative. I will use them again if ever need be and will recommend them to EVERYONE. Keep up the great work and thank you for making my move a smooth, easy and less stressful one.

Over the years I have rented many Uhauls from this location (it's also a great place to get storage as well). This is absolutely the best location you will ever find to rent a truck (or rent storage). The ownership and management are top notch !!!!

This is THE location to rent your Uhaul. Friendly and caring folks. Equipment always clean and ready to go. I had a problem once and instead of "call the 800 number" they got a hold of folks at Uhaul to fix it. LOVE THESE FOLKS !!!

Niki was awesome. She was personable and welcoming as we are moving from out of state. She answered questions outside of Uhaul business and had a wonderful disposition. Check out was efficient and accurate. I would recommend Niki and the General Storage location for your moving rental needs.
