I received excellent service at the Aspen Street location. My rep was knowledgeable and helpful. I discovered that I had left something in the van when I had returned it after hours on a weekend. Again, received a good response and items safely returned. 😊

I was contacted multiple times by U-Haul corporate asking when I'd return the vehicle, days after it had been returned. Something fell through the cracks but luckily I had a copy of my receipt.

The tank was on 7/8 I drove it for 28 miles and added two gallons of gas. They charged me $26.82 to fill up the tank!!! why should I pay for a half empty tank? That's not fair! Completely unsatisfied!

Good experience overall. This was the first time I have ever driven a moving van. It is easy to drive. My only issue during my move, I had a problem opening the other doors- both side and back. So I only used one of the double doors.

The shop is fine but just a bit small so available items are limited. The location is great and easy to access. The van was new (less than 10k miles) and likely the best item I have ever rented from Uhaul.

Online reservation, and there I refuse to have insurance. When I went to pick up the truck, they didn’t give me any contract and I think from the system they changed me to have the coverage that I have seen at the last receipt. I refuse it I didn’t want any coverage.

Everything was good and Paul was friendly and helpful. The only surprise was there was $20 fee charged for the after hour drop off. I dropped it off at 7pm and the office closed at 6pm. Had I known that, I would have arranged for one hour earlier. There was no mention of it during the booking nor pick up.

I found it rather cumbersome to use the app check in and check out procedure. I eso cially didn't like having to take photos of the truck, odometer, etc. I'm sure someone can verify that without me having to take photos.

Wonderful experience. The van was great. The guy in the store is very nice. It all went very well. Not bad money for a few hours with a cargo van. Those Ford Transits with the EcoBoost V6 are quite zippy, too!

Great helpful and friendly manager, easy access next to freeway off Lake Forest and 405/5,,,,,near gas station for easy refill. Rented a van $19.95 (plus miles and gas) way cheaper than hiring movers for a quick moving job to consignment store :)
