It’s a gas station. The small U Haul sign was bent over in the parking lot. The woman behind the counter wanted nothing to do with the return I had to return an hour later when the owner returned. I insisted she come out to the truck to inspect it and count the moving blankets. I Haul needs a better return location.

William FHave the ice and snow removed from the windshield prior to handing off the keys. This delayed my plan like 20 minutes. Also please have an ice scraper in the truck.
Lisa JThe company has the wrong mileage down. I have pictures of before I left. The truck had so much ice on the window it took almost 45 minutes before I could leave the parking lot. It took a minute to even get the truck started! When returning the truck, they said I used the truck for 160 miles when I only used it 80 miles
