They did not know how to honor my reservation and I had to call your customer service as the truck and other trucks there had not been checked-in even if they were there for days and even weeks. After the problem with the reservation was solved, the truck cabin was found dirty by the attendant, even having leftover, used fast-food items, such as a bag, wrapper and soda cup with lid and straw. There was a problem with a light, found with the CDL licensed alternate drive and a rear left inner tire appeared to lack correct air pressure or problem with its connection. I am glad that your phone customer service representative (that I had to call to solve the problems caused by the incompetent check-out employee at that Mobil Gas station) was super excellent! 9

The location didn’t know anything about U-Haul except we show them which truck was assigned to us and we give them a key. Not mad at them for that, they’re a third party distributor. The problem was U-Haul themselves. Took two hours just to complete the process to get a truck. Then returning it was a whole bad situation on its own. And on top of it all, the truck I had had an engine problem and U-Haul told me that as long as it’s not shutting off while driving, it was safe to drive. I was on the highway in a U-Haul that would accelerate pass 30mph a passenger door that wouldn’t shut all the way and they told me it was safe to drive. Never choosing U-Haul again. Using Home Depot next time or anyone else
