I was charged extra day when I know I had returned truck on time. Cashier did not know what to do and thus the return went 30 minutes over and I was charged for another day.

The experience was not good. The truck was absolutely disgusting. Covered in dog hair & old food in the cab. The back of the truck was full of dirt & a bit of garbage. I paid for an appliance dolly & moving pads & they were not provided. I mentioned all of this to the employees of the gas station, they advised they aren’t supposed to clean the trucks & haven’t been trained yet on how to do uhaul. Very, very bad experience!!!!!!!!!!

Erin FThe truck is very well maintained. The previous renter forgot to sweep the floor of the van. Lots of dirt, wood chips, screws and debris that we had to sweep before we could load anything.
