Wish the removal of the hitch was easier for me to do independently. Think I gotta have more spinach!! Yet, folks at return sites were absolutely helpful!! Definitely will continue to use the same equipment and sites for all my moving needs!!

CARL JThe facility is very busy and only one person is available to rent the Uhaul through. The owner was vey nice it was just he was so busy we waited for 45 minutes to complete the pick up. However the owner was accommodating and did offer a few perks for our wait
James RUHaul is lucky to have John's Garage as a location. John is always so helpful. He does the entire hookup, explains everything, and even offered to come in outside of his regular hours if I wanted to drop off late evening. Five out of five stars!

Communication was very good when the changes had to be made, and the people very friendly and apologetic. It was an inconvenience to have to go further for the truck, but the people involved worked hard to make it as easy as they could for us. Thank you

BREANNA HThe pick up location service in Little Falls was excellent. We picked up the van on a very cold day. The attendant had the van warmed up and ready to go. The van was spotless in and out. The attendant was polite and answered all questions. The van ran well and had one of the best heating systems of any vehicle I have ever been in. Very comfortable drive.
