The man working behind the counter was completely incompetent. He had no knowledge whatsoever of any rentals or any idea what he was doing. He literally said "I dont know, I'm just clicking next, next, next". The man in front of me in the line had been waiting for almost 2 hours for a rental he had prepaid for and the representative did not know how to release the truck to him.

KATHLEEN DPrevious renter had dropped off night before and unit wasn’t returned in the system. Took extra time to perform work that should have been done upon opening the shop. Minor extra time and counter man was very pleasant and personable. Still a good experience.

Jessica AThe woman who handled the drop off, told me she’s retiring soon and the fellow she’s training was having a lot of problems with the process. He made several mistakes so the drop off took much longer than it should’ve. Luckily, the female clerk took over and handled everything quickly and efficiently.
Shelley DThis location is very under staffed. I went to drop off the 15 foot truck and auto transport trailer that I had driven across 4 provinces. There was no parking available, at all. I parked in front of the existing trucks and trailers and put hazards on. I brought the keys inside and asked where the truck needed to go. The staff member seemed overly excited about the equipment return and went out to collect the mileage and fuel information. He returned with the keys and told me I had to move the trailer. He asked if I needed assistance to unhook. I said yes. I returned to the truck and trailer and began backing up, per his "voice" instructions. He was constantly standing in my blind spot and every time I indicated to him that he was not visible, he would move further into it. Finally, I asked him just to move out of the way, and I would park it myself as it would be easier. The trailer was unhooked and I parked the truck. I gave back the keys and I mentioned the many moving blankets in the back. The staff member stated they needed to be brought in, asked if I could help and then proceeded to pile 15 on top of my arms. When I stated that was too many he said that he could "maybe do two trips instead". We went inside with the blankets, and he then informed me that I again needed to move the truck! Again, I went outside to try and find parking for the truck, now minus the trailer, and parked it in the original place it started in. I'm not sure this staff member even knew how to drive a u-haul or a trailer. He was super apprehensive to move the equipment after I returned the keys. We exchanged keys three times after his "inspection" was completed, so I could move the equipment. I can see once but not three times. I was there over an hour. He was by himself the entire time. As I was waiting for my ride home, the owners of the business arrived for the day, it was after 1 p.m. I've rented U-Hauls many times and my drop off experiences have never been like this. This process absolutely needs to be worked on. I will go elsewhere next time, even if it means that I have to drive further away.
