Estella EThe service was great, equipment was fine. The location was 35 minutes from where I reserved a truck over a month ago. Rather than changing the pick up location uhaul should work on moving the equipment reserved to the location requested. This INCONVENIENCE added an hour plus to an already stressful and tiring day.
Michael DNobody was there when I arrived and no one gave me instructions on how to retrieve my truck.

DEDA AI picked up the uHaul in the morning and had to find another place to get another one due to the check engine light being on, extreme shaking, and engine smoking. I had to move by a certain time, but due to this issue, I had to delay the move for hours until I got another uHaul. I will not be coming here again.
Andrew KTruck was not clean. Had broken glass in the bed. Charged for $56 for ins. we didn't need. Truck was older. I would recommend the location 7242 on 85 in Riverdale. Customer svc. on site to address any issues.

RANDOPH Wlocation was close to my house. good service
RANDOPH WSalesperson told me the truck was full of gas but it was only slightly above 3/4 of a tank. i took it back with the same amount of fuel but Uhaul still charged me $8.00 for fuel. Thats ridiculous.

JUANA MThe truck we rented was dirty when we picked up and the fuel tank was close to empty. The computer was not working so we waited approximately 1 hour before we could get some paperwork and get on the road. This cost us money in the end. Although the people were nice, we could not recommend them as a good UHaul location.

TEAKILLOUR Bthe place I picked it up from was a terrible. bad service and rude. I was directed there from the place I went to up the road so I had no choice. but I would never recommend that place to anyone. pull your trucks out of there......that's my recommendation.
ERIC CEmployee was new and not real familiar with how to check me out. Furniture pads that I had reserved were not there and I had to go to another location to get them which meant having to fill out another contract. First employee had trouble taking pads off of my original contract.
