This location was over 45 minutes from where I requested.
John Wthe trailer that I rented had chains that were too long and dragging the ground. I did not think that was a big deal, wrong the the chains must had bounced so much that one of the hooks fell of whipped around and damaged my bumper and back door. It was not major, but the vehicle was in perfect condition. I bought the 4 runner new 9 months ago. This could have been prevented. Now my vehicle has diminished value.
douglas hPost signage at the establishment. It is connected to a storage unit business and no signage for an entrance to the U-Haul office. Rather confusing.

Pavel JNo cell service and the WiFi they offer was terrible. Took over an hour to pick up and drop off the truck using the 24/7 service, the whole thing was very frustrating

STUART SThere was no place to park. The instructions on the door said to leave it on the side of the road in a VERY sketchy neighborhood. I did not feel safe there nor did I feel safe leaving the truck in the side of the road. Horrible location. Will NEVER drop off there again.

charley lThe guy who ran the place was very nice and accommodating. I liked him. The issue I had was trying to reach the place by phone. I left several messages. No return call. After not not receiving any return calls, I went there to find out if they could help me hook up the trailer when I picked it up. The sign said closed. I tried the door. It was locked. As I was leaving the guy opened the door & came out. The bottom line is that it made for an aggravating transaction.

Robert BJust be aware that the "movers" found on the U-Haul site were pleasant. However, it wasn't until after they dropped and broke our pool table that we became aware that they were uninsured and that UHaul was only a forum to connect with them to try and find a resolution. Also, the movers overcharged us and many of our furniture pieces were dinged here and there.
Deborah BRalph is very responsive and accommodating. Makes pick up and drop off very quick and easy.
Richard SThe staff was very friendly and helpful. Yusi did a great job communicating the changes to the original agreement that happened due to a shortage of trucks being available. She kept me updated on the situation and let me know when the truck became available. This was all very helpful since we very flying into the RSW for this situation.
