Truck was dropped after hours. Left a message for them to call us regarding incorrect miles on paperwork (see above) and charges were processed with no return call. Called again, requesting a return call and no one responded. Very poor communication.

They need not to lock the gate when people tells them that they are returning the truck the same day. I had to wait the next day to return the truck and then I got charge for it. That’s the only part that I was dissatisfied with.

The “yard” was organized and well laid out, conducive to easy hook up, testing and departure. Definitely will use that UHaul location again.

Friendly service, checked in and out very quickly, trucks and equipment clean and reliable, easy after hours drop off, and when I left a message about a minor maintenance update that was needed on the truck, the service rep called me first thing the next morning to ask about it. 10/10 would recommend them to anybody.

tiffany atruck was dirty, had a face mask with snot all over it laying in the console. the dolly's i requested were not with my truck. lincoln motors had no one around to ask questions to and the customer service people merely switched my pick up from in person to remote over the phone after i called to figure out why i wasted my time with a reservation. Never got a final receipt from uhaul and pretty sure the punks charged me for equipment i never got to use but really wish i had.

Steve BI used my phone to check it in which was easy. I mistakenly locked the keys in the truck but the wife of the owner of Lincoln Motors was there, told me she would tell her husband and for me not to worry. Of course, I'll end up paying for this error I guess, but after our whole moving ordeal I'm pleased to say uhaul was great.

Todd FI would recommend always checking with each employee before calling and accusing a customer of not returning a item. This happened to us over a dolly that we did return in the truck but another employee must've checked the truck when we returned it and didn't let the other employee know resulting in this employee calling me acting as if we didn't return the dolly. This was unprofessional in my opinion and uncalled for.

Linda SHad to soak hitch and ratchet part of strap system in WD40. Hitch got stuck in locked position even after. Screw down was completely backed off. Ratchets were rusted and stiff.
