Have the equipment that is requested, I requested a dolly for my rental and there wasn’t any available. Also there was told to be no pads for extra protection either. It would be nice if there was an actual sign outside the building as well to help locate the building in which I would be serviced. There was only 30 miles of gas in the take when I took the vehicle as well which I think should have been more just in case.

Location was very limited on space. As once I was hooked up to the trailer it was then difficult to park my vehicle with the trailer attached to it in order to deal with the necessary paperwork. Some of these rental locations need to have more space in order to maintain a safe environment that does not require blocking up a road way or hindering the flow of other traffic.

My pickup location got changed from my original location because I didn't want to move a trailer for you uhual. My vehicles alignment was so far off that steering wheel was at 3 a clock to drive straight. The employee who checked me in was wonderful everything else was not
Robert WI scheduled a 9am pick up. There was not a worker until after 930. She was not professional. After drop off they were not professional and lied about mileage and gas usage.
Family rLocation did not feel like an authorized dealer and it felt unsafe at the pickup location. The person who handed me the truck keys did not seem informed about the product or the rental.
Ripudaman TThis location was horrible. They were not prepared for the rental and then had trouble getting the key unlocked (30 minutes). Since I had prepaid for movers at a certain time this was not acceptable. Also I was in rush an approved the gas amount of 1/8 tank. However as soon as I pulled out the low mileage light came on. The gentlemen at the location was fine and out in a tough spot by his boss who did everything remotely
