Need improvement
moazam nI was shifted to this location from my initial pickup location. While they had the truck I needed, they did not have the amount of moving blankets I had requested.
Bryan BI have photo evidence of picking up/returning my uhual, and both the pick up and drop off location exaggerated the fuel by 1/8th of a tank, making it appear I did not return with appropriate fuel (when in reality, my miles to empty was 4 miles off when dropped off vs picked up) My ordered U-Haul was not available at my most local location, so I was referred to the nearest one. I was told I would have 40 miles added to my allotted distance. When I received my bill, I was charged and extra day as the 40 miles were never added After picking up at a remote location, I called customer service and asked for a small portion to be refunded to account for the fuel needed to drive from the new location to my home - as if one was available at my location, it would have been down the street. I was told $40 would be credited to accommodate for this. When I got my bill, it was not. Poor communication and dishonest practice left a bad taste in my mouth. Very disappointed in this behaviour
Travis NMaintain vehicles windshield washer fluid level. Had to replace myself. Bought a bottle for a 1 day rental.
Matthew CMaybe tell people that the vehicles aren't onsite and perhaps make sure that the extra equipment is actually in the truck. A sign or something showing where to go to get the key would be freaking awesome as well. Routine maintenance on the vehicle would definitely be a plus.

Baljinnyam EHarassing me for my truck back before I was done and double booked clients on my rental while I still had it after i communicated with the rental place. I wasn't told there was no ramp so I had to go buy one to load and unload my motorcycle. Over all I was completely disappointed. Will never return to this location again.

Reg HThe owner of the store was over a half hour late for my rental. Booked it for 9 am and he showed up at 9:30. The odometer was wrong on the paper work then the actual reading when he said he checked after talking to him he said he never checked it after the online booking from another customer. This was a horrible experience

Ravi SThe location treated me fine but your services and expectations to a customer , you ruined my day and did not get me a trailer for the day. I wanted a 9x8 trailer or I mean 6x8 you gave me a trailer that was no bigger than 4x3 what am I going to haul him that at dog Gage absolutely horrible service from the corporate end. It would have been easier to buy my own trailer.
Roger tService was good. Van was ready. A little dirty from inside but nothing major. Just request the van to be maybe vacuumed and clean from inside next time. Thank you.
Shahzad BDollies were not available, gas level was wrong, no information on it either, had to call multiple times to try and change.
Ricardo RWe chose mobile check in and the key was not left in a drop box. The instructions said to go inside for the key but no one was there even though the location was supposed to open at the same time as our pickup. Someone finally showed up 1.5 hours after our pickup time to give us a key. We were then told that none of the additional equipment we requested was available (dolly and furniture pads). We then inspected the truck and found the interior of the cargo bay and cabin covered in mud, including on the seats. I would strongly discourage anyone I know from using uhaul after this experience.
Jennifer MTrailer was dirty, I get it's winter not otherwise the trailer was in good shape. I liked the photo comparison process for verification of quality before and after taking it. This is a nice addition to rental prices for piece of mind.

Liz AMake sure everything is up to date. Broken windshield, no washer fluid when picked up, over 1000 km past due for oil change when i got it and the right rear brake and turn signal light was out. Somebody left an old cushion in the back, and it looks like a pink sock under the passenger seat. When I asked about having a snowbrush to clean off the unit, he said they don't have any. I had to go pay a car wash in order to clear the snow all over the vehicle. The overall cleanliness was brutal
branden gI tried doing the mobile order at another location, and then after that experience (I'd never do that again) I was transferred to this location. Night and day difference. Customer service was great and the agent was very helpful and got us going on the road very quickly.
Robert LVery difficult to find the locations, even with GPS. However, once I found the appropriate locations it was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Donna GThe seller should not have told me at first when I rented the van that it was 18 cents per kilometer and then when I brought it back that it was 59 cents per kilometer!!! I am very upset and feel that I really over paid due to the mis leading information that I received from the start!!! I paid almost $240 for a 3 day rental when it is advertised that it is $19.95/day plus kms and fees. I am most upset that I was lied to about the price of kilometers!!! I am grateful that I had the vehicle but would have never put 140 kilometers on it if I was told the truth in the first place!!!!!!!!
