I want to thank the two young ladies who helped me rent and return the U Haul. The male manager (I am sorry I do not have his name) offered exceptional customer service and I want him (and anyone else) to know how much I appreciate his help.

matthew bOnline check in did not work. Took a long time but still better than U-Haul location in Grapevine. Ended up charging me much more than I expected. Will look for another location next time.

Katelyn FI would not recommend UHaul and their process to anyone. It was the worst experience! It took 1 hour 20 minutes to pick up the van and 39 minutes to return it!
Jeannie DI was not aware I needed a second form of ID (passport) or some other way to validate my ID. While I overcame that it would have been better to remind me through a text message or something like an hour before my rental started.
Ryan NCheck in / check out is too complicated.
