gregory RWe dropped after hours . So we don’t have any feed back about this location. But the U-Haul app was great .
justin bI made a reservation for a 10ft truck and instead was upscaled to a 15 and upon going to get my truck and trailer the office was closed and I had to contact support who said they would widen my pickup window and instead cancelled my reservation. I was pulled around for 2 hours and severely inconvenienced just for them to bounce me between two more associates and up-charging my truck rental.

Jerald LTruck and trailer were good and service was friendly but truck needed new driver's side windshield wiper. I changed in Etna Ohio. Thankfully U-Haul refunded me the cost of the wiper.

Morgan SVehicle was a little dirty. Tried to do the pickup review at the time I picked up the truck, but the uploaded pic that was required kept on spinning and wouldn’t upload. Overall I would rent again from this location, they are friendly people.

Oscar MIt was difficult to find a proper spot to part the rental truck but was able to do so.
Winston STheir was dog hair inside the cab and a lot of it in the back box. I had to clean my furniture before taking it inside my home. This was unacceptable!
JAMIE HWent to drop the trailer off and there was a sign on the door " closed for the week - on Vacvation" With no help, finally unhooked the trailer and completed the online return. They should notify that they are closed for the wqeek. Very Poor!!!!
Gordon PEven though I was told that there would be a note in the system regarding my missing dolly so I could be refunded. The person at Lynns Service Center said there was no note and then he charged me for the missing dolly. So not only did I pay to rent something that wasn't given to me, I had to pay a fee because it was missing upon return. There needs to be better communication between uhaul and its centers.

RICHARD SWe came in at 5 minutes to closing, yet the gentleman at the counter was very friendly, and had no problem taking our drop off. The location was easy to find, and plenty of room to maneuver the trailer and vehicle. great small town service.
Rachel CMore details in regard to mobile check in potential problems. Web site said my location could not be determined. Had to wait 30 minutes on the phone for customer service to tell me how to resolve my phone settings
Rick WDropped trailer off after hours as drop off location allowed it. Followed instructions on paperwork and despite trying on 2 separate IOS devices could not flag location for return. Luckily employees still at location to help. After employees attempted a couple times they were able to check returned trailer into system. Please check your online user return systems

Barbara M2nd time the dolly i ordered wasnt in truck. I grabbed one that was sitting out cause i paid for it. The check in needs better interface. It took forevervto load, which may have been.my connection, but there are no instructions, it just says please wait... my experience this time was better than last time, but not great. 😕
Lindsay STruck had a popping in the front end. Hadn’t been cleaned in a while based on the amount of dust on the dash. Still had spilled coffee spots in and around the cup holders. Mileage was off when I picked it up and of course when I went to dispute that the website wasn’t working ( not a big deal as it was only 2 miles). Upon dropping off I was told to make sure it was on location by 10:00am on a Sunday (to avoid being charged an extra day). Because the location was closed on Sunday’s I was charged a $20 after hours fee. I also was charged an additional $30 for fuel even though I took a picture showing it had adequate fuel to match the mileage. It was my only option at the time so I didn’t have a choice but to be taken advantage of. Would not recommend anyone unless you’re prepared to get ripped off.

Marvin NThe 3rd agent managed to sort us out. Make sure if you do not have equipment at a specific location, that the customer knows where he can get the equipment and also that his equipment in fact was not booked. I wanted a 8 foot pick up and car hauler. Eventually I had to settle for a 20 foot truck and a car hauler. Thank you anyways, It got the job done.
