Alex AThree men doing nothing. Gave them the key and they said they'd check in the truck later, then charged me an extra day! Took 2 U-Haul employees several days to get it straight. Nobody answered the phone at Ray's, which would've solved the problem quickly. Will never recommend that location to anyone and will advise others to be aware of the scam some locations might try.

Chuck LRecent changes in policy costed me 170+ dollars and an additional $40 just for dropping the truck off at a different location which I have done before without that penalty. I use these rentals for my business, but I’m going to shift over to Penske from now on.

alex sThe service tire light kept coming on. The right front tire was about 75 pounds pressure the others where about 95 one was 85. I added air but it would still read about 75. It made me very nervous. But held and was fine.

Stephen HThe in-person customer service needs to improve. When picking up the truck they require the customer to: remember to collect the dollies that they reserved in the order; and to figure out by themselves where the dollies are. The attitude was friendly but one of, "I'm sorry, it's been a long day and I'm tired." (direct quote). The drop off was worse. I asked for a receipt and the attitude I got was 'you're bothering me'. I was made to wait 15 minutes and upon his return he threw his clipboard down on counter, clearly irritated that I wanted to ensure that I was only charged for a one day rental and that I would receive my requested receipt, which in the end I still didn't get because he said, "the U-haul system is down". The equipment worked. The customer service needs improvement.
Christopher PThis is the only U-Haul that had me hook up the trailer myself. Also I had to park and drop the trailer myself. And nobody came out to check the trailer in when I returned it.

Warner CI feel the amount they charged me was too high. I only had the 16 ft truck less than 2 hours and only had to replace the fuel with $5 and I only went 20-25 miles. They charged me $55.78? They charge your card after you have left the facility and email your receipt? I wanted to know how much before I left the facility. So I will never use that facility again.
Maurice HWhen I arrived to pick up my reserved vehicle, the service attendant had to call dispatch. He said he wasn't able to find my reservation the system even though I provided a paper with my confirmation number. The person dispatch had to create a new reservation and insisted on a second person as part of the rental which I've never had to have previously. I had to search for someone in my office or family who were home to prove they were who they are and willing to be on the account. I am well over the minimum age to rent a vehicle and have no delinquency with your company. I spent over an hour picking up a vehicle I had reserved weeks prior. I sincerely hope this isn't standard operating procedure as I will have to select a different option for this service in the future.

Chris BSuper nice folks, very friendly. It is inside a busy mini mart so pickup can take a bit longer than a typical stand alone location. Equipment was clean, but the steering wheel was waaaaay looser than I’ve ever seen and brakes were a lil sketchy.

Evan GRenting from Ray's Quick Mart was so easy, and the staff was great! The best part is that since it is run out of a gas station, you just fill it up and leave it at the pump then turn in your key. I had a great experience all around.

Jack HThe gentleman that helped me in the morning did appear to have probably worked all night, so for sure gave him a lot of grace. He was grumpy that the last customer didn't want to "self-serve" as much as the "self-serve" service the customer signed up for asked of them. BUT, the gentleman saw I had rented before and even said "I'll get you through this quickly. He even was helpful when I shared that I don't rent that often and could use a pointer on the chains, which he was awesome about. I'd say "just remember to give customers grace" and I would rate five stars for this location.
JEFFREY CEverything went very smooth! When I arrived, the van was clean, and it was full of gas and ready to go. My journey was smooth, and then my return was just great. It was quick, easy fast.

Cherise HWebsite and app did not provide information needed for the lockbox so we had to wait for someone to show up. When they finally did, the key wasn't in the correct lockbox anyways. THey then charged us for extra gas even though we filled it to teh exact amount that it had when we picked it up. We were able to get that refunded since we had photographic proof, but all of the mishapps added up to about 5 hours of wasted time.
April TMade reservation a week prior. They overbooked and did not have the truck I reserved. Had to make multiple trips instead of one
