I am frustrated because I returned the truck with more gas than I started with, yet I got charged a fee for gas. I don't think they purposely scammed me but just have insufficient tracking for gasoline usage. They said it was full in the paperwork when I took it, but it was definitely not full. I just assumed that it was close enough to full that they were rounding it up. Yet when I returned it more full than I took it - I got charged a fee!

The text message I received for the location had a linked address but the link wasn't for the entire address. Thus when my map app pulled up the link, it took me to a location that was a mile away from the correct drop off. Here is the link message I received: "U-Haul drop off location - 22 E 1500 S AMERICAN FORK, UT 84003 47362. You can Self Return your equipment at http://uhaul.com/s/500392A9D8" The link only captured "1500 S AMERICAN FORK, UT 84003 47362." and left off the "22 E" part. This is any easy fix for your tech people. Fortunately for me, when I went to the location that maps took me, "1500 S AMERICAN FORK" I was familiar with the area because I had rented from Marina Cove Storage before, so I knew where I was and was able to find the correct drop off address.

This was my second opportunity in a week to interact with Mary. In both instances, she was an absolute delight, noticeably kind, and sincerely interested to help make my drop-off experience smooth & trouble-free. I was grateful for her assured & hospitable manner, and would have no hesitation recommending or working again with Marina Cove in American Fork, UT for my U-Haul needs. Thank you!

I originally reserved a trailer at a different location in Lehi, UT, but when I got there they said the trailer I was supposed to pick up needed repairs. So they had to call U-Haul and look for another trailer at different location. I was irritated because it set me back an hour after all was said and done. But Marina Cove Storage was excellent in getting me situated.

This was absolutely the best UHaul experience I have ever had!!!! They were so amazing!!! I am hoping I can always go through this location for the rest of my life!!!! Hands-Down!!!! If I can’t have this location, for some reason, I hope to be able to find their twin location!!! The manager was totally amazing!!!! She was sensitive to me and my situation and really helped me out!!! She had my back, even when my own family refused to be the people they should be in my desperate situation!!! You are totally amazing!!! We love you!!! Thank you for all you have done for me!!!! You are a one of a kind!!!! You were my angel!!!!! Thank you so much for your genuine understanding and caring human being that you are!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with!!! Thank you again!!! I got rescheduled to 3 different locations before finally getting the truck. The end location was fine, but ended up being miles away from my original desired location, and I still got charged for the extra mileage. Not good at all.

The front door was unlocked but no one was there when we dropped off the trailer. I used the app to complete the drop off and take the pics. It was not very clear where to leave the trailer. I left it where other rental equipment was found. It looked ok for drop off, but I was not certain. No one was there or showed up for an hour.

At the time there were questions as to if the lights on the trailer were properly working. There appeared to be no work area, or process, to have corrected that prior to pic up.

Didn't have extra supplies like boxes or stuff like that. Wanted to get help with a quote i had previously, but the Uhaul manager didn't answer the phone call from the storage facility manager so I didn't get helped. Also the address when clicked on took me to the completely wrong side of the city.

Safety breakaway chains were not properly secured by staff member. Chains should be criss-crossed and hydraulic brake chain should be less slack. Good location with very large parking area for equipment.

Truck's check engine light was on, there was no appliance dollys available, inside of U-Haul was dirty.

Trailer was missing electric wire and clevis. I had an extra so it was no big deal. Returned clean and as expected. Quick easy no issues.

Truck was clean but smelled bad; like stinky people both in the cab and in the back. It runs a little rough, has a misfire when at a low idle. Also, it doesn’t have cruise control.

I was happy to find this storage spot several years ago. The rates were reasonable and the pull-out and put-away services were simple. However, about a year ago, I was notified that my monthly storage rate would be going up up up ..... just from memory about 250%. It makes no sense to pay $3,500/yr. to store my $10,000 boat. Am seeking less expensive storage space.

Stored my travel trailer at Marina Cove for several years prior to selling. Their staff was always kind and great to work with. The site is nice and well-maintained - even with the on-going construction and enhancements being done. I would definitely recommend this storage facility.

I was a tenant here for 5 years. Never had any problem break-ins or concerns of my belongings being safe. Being that this is located by fields and a body of water rodents tend to be a problem and a lot of people have complained about it however I placed bounce dryer sheets around the perimeter of my unit and I never had a problem with rodents. So you are able to take preventative measures to avoid bad outcome. The facility does their best to keep on top of it. Cindy was amazing to work with during my move out process and I greatly appreciate everything you guys did over the five years. I will be back if I ever needed unit again. Very competitively priced and the units are super clean and nice and tall plenty of space. 5 + stars for me

The worst experience ever. They doubled my rate because they "wanted" to charge market rate. Then I told them I was taking my boat out because they doubled the rate. They then charged me for two more months and would not refund. Horible

Customer service is great. The lot for RVs is unpaved therefore proliferated with many tall weeds, making it more difficult to walk around and inspect my RV before departing. It needs some attention, otherwise I was pleased with facility.

We were out in the open field area and it was not well maintained at all.. I was concerned about getting something in my tires to make them flat.. I got tar or grease of some kind on my shoes and broken things are all over the ground..I will use the facility again but I wish the area was cleaner.

Great place to store a boat inside. They took my boat and winterized it on short notice to help me out. I also needed some work on the boat and sold it early this year. They did a great job of having the boat ready to go when I needed to take it out of the facility! I would highly recommend them and if I get my own boat again will definitely use them!
