Tomasz LConfigure your vans so that short, older women can climb in as easily as a tall man. You seem to forget that people less than 6’ tall even exist. Also, those icons on your “key fob” are ridiculous. Why not use the classic icons used in most cars?

Joseph Pthe Minas bros provided their usual excellent service in spite of a potentia; screw up by the local central UHaul office who did not have their facts right in terms of this particular office and contacted me directly with inaccurate info.l Fortunately I had the sense to contact Minas directly and they straightened it all out. thanks, guys!

armando eThe equipment was fine we were able to obtain the truck. That being said, we had quite a poor customer service experience with who I assume was the proprietor at Minas TV. For some reason, the reservation was saved under the wrong contact information, and the person we spoke to grew quite impatient with us very quickly and was extremely short. It actually took us longer to find the reservation than it would have had the proprietor/person available that day been more accommodating. I wouldn't recommend this location due to the fact that the person we spoke to was quite rude.

Brianna WThe amount of RATS that came out at night was insane. I let me boyfriend handle the entire return (pictures and key drop box) because there were so many running everywhere. The key lock boxes are rusty and hard to open. I guess the important part is that it was easy to find and all the equipment was in great shape.
