The clerk at the desk was very rude. She said that I had to pre pay for 100 miles. She was not helpful in getting me registered for the Uhaul nor was she helpful and helping me find which Uhaul I was assigned to. She refused to give me a copy of my paperwork and told me to find it in my email. When I returned the U-Haul, no one was available to accept the key. The Royal Inn clerk excepted the key she didn’t charge my card extra unexplained $30.

The two people were horrible from beginning to the end and the service was horrible they even charged me a extra day for being 4 mins late I will never use this location again

I booked the truck for a location by my house and after going there to pick it up I found out my reservation was changed to a location 20 minutes away. I supposedly was called about this change but I never got a call and no one left a message. Then I was told I could at least drop it off at the closer location but when trying to do this I was told it had to go back to other location. Terrible service!!!!

Upon rental, there was no fuel in the UHaul truck

The truck had trash in it. I cleaned it out. And the whole online process is just too much. If I want rent a truck I should be able to walk in and do so.

Could’ve assured the rear door wasn’t frozen close and clear snow off windshield the truck needed PM other then that it was clean and customer service agent very helpful on check in

Lady at the front desk is rude and matches the area should have known the kinda service I was getting by the area and they also we try to hike up the price be careful I will recommend another location besides a motel 6

Hard to get to, parking area not big enough, didn't receive promised refund for unused boxes.

The paperwork they had me initial and sigb did not match the email I received. Showed different amounts of gas. I took phones to prove I filled back to where it was they till charged me for gas.

doing all the pick up and return stuff using the phone app was not conveinent. both the pick up and return activities had to be entered 4 or 5 times each to complete the process. The attendant's first language is not english, and she was difficult to understand. The truck's check engine light is on.and the floor of the cab and the cargo area were dirty. Otherwise the truck performed well.
