The clerk at the desk was very rude. She said that I had to pre pay for 100 miles. She was not helpful in getting me registered for the Uhaul nor was she helpful and helping me find which Uhaul I was assigned to. She refused to give me a copy of my paperwork and told me to find it in my email. When I returned the U-Haul, no one was available to accept the key. The Royal Inn clerk excepted the key she didn’t charge my card extra unexplained $30.

The two people were horrible from beginning to the end and the service was horrible they even charged me a extra day for being 4 mins late I will never use this location again
Craig JI booked the truck for a location by my house and after going there to pick it up I found out my reservation was changed to a location 20 minutes away. I supposedly was called about this change but I never got a call and no one left a message. Then I was told I could at least drop it off at the closer location but when trying to do this I was told it had to go back to other location. Terrible service!!!!

Tamaki Gdoing all the pick up and return stuff using the phone app was not conveinent. both the pick up and return activities had to be entered 4 or 5 times each to complete the process. The attendant's first language is not english, and she was difficult to understand. The truck's check engine light is on.and the floor of the cab and the cargo area were dirty. Otherwise the truck performed well.
