I had an appointment for 10 am, but the owner came by about an hour late. there where no other employees. after he arrived he was very friendly and I was happy to work with him. but the truck hadn't been cleaned after the last renter. there was no fuel in the truck, and it was hard to figure out how much to put in after I was finished. if the truck was full at the start, I can fill it at the end and not worry about paying too much.

Tim StinsonTruck was nasty inside, windows were left down and seats were wet. Had spilled and dried soft drink or coffee in and on cup holders and down drivers doot panel. Inside of truck had strong smell of Marijuana. Truck was on empty when picked up and I got a 32.00 dollar fuel charge when I turned it back in with more fuel than I picked it up with. I had to clean inside of truck to keep from getting stuff on me and my things.

Tara JohnsonThe truck was dirty, had to wait for 45 mins for someone to bring me keys (when it was suppose to be ready used the mobile app so I didn’t have to deal with anyone), also paid for a appliance Dolly they didn’t have.And they have yet to reimburse me my $50 like they were suppose to for not being ready when I needed it nor having the dolly I requested n paid for.
