jerry jO'brians was more than accommodating for me. He located a trailer and worked to set a long 10 day term. Your columbia company store was rude and did not want to work with me at all! Your trailers are top notch to pull.

Eleina GI got what I needed. One reviewer above must have never done business in a small town before - multitasking is required. Also, those who read the comments should keep in mind the person that is being referred to in the review would have given the shirt off of his back if asked.
JB WTook almost an 1hr to pick up my trailer and to drop it off. The gentleman was nice. But, had no paperwork ready each time. Plus, printed off the wrong paperwork when I had to drop it off. I dont feel I should have waited more then 20 mins to pick up or drop off. I did the Express pick up already online. He didn't seem bothered by his speed or that he was holding conversations with other people and not working on getting me out of there both times. I wont ever go back to this location ever.
Alison SAgain, your review is lacking the correct questions, the facilities were nice, the staff were great, but I will never rent a Uhaul again. Your prices are too expensive. I could have rented a Penske truck bigger size for less money! The amount I ended up paying, I could have hired professionals. Very disheartening, I recommend people rent Penske trucks from Lindsey in Columbia, way cheaper and just as nice and clean!

Greg oThe Fayette, Mo. location and owner were great. National U-Haul was NOT. After arranging for pick-up IN FAYETTE (which was necessary for our family, with triplet boys graduating from Central Methodist University on May 10, and all going in DIFFERENT directions after graduation), SOMEONE sent a text (which I did not quickly retrieve) on graduation day that I would HAVE to pick up the truck IN COLUMBIA, MO (25 miles away in the wrong direction) at a different time (12:00 noon) rather than the scheduled 10:00 a.m. time in Fayette on May 11. After calling the local owner about the problem, he initially tried to get it fixed, with only a different text coming from SOMEONE that I STILL had to pick up the truck up in COLUMBIA, Mo. by could then do so at the 10:00 a.m. time originally scheduled -- again, still not possible for me. Your LOCAL owner recognized the problem throughout, and he, himself, drove over on Saturday, May 10, and got my truck and drove it back to Fayette so I would have it at 10:00 on May 11 AS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED. The local owner is a saint -- U-Haul corporate is NOT! Because of the CORPORATE run around incurred, I DOUBT I will use U-Haul again -- can't take the chance of them "changing the rules" later, when I possibly won't have a "saint" on my side somewhere.
PAUL KThis gentleman could not have been more obliging!! He told us where to go for utilities. Post office. Banking. And trash. He even called someone to help us obtain a storage unit and drew a map for directions. The best!!
DARIN W1) 40 minute drive to get to this location - not convenient 2) Was told the gas was full - not full, 1/4 tank gone. $60.00 to fill it up before I even began loading!!!!! 3) was given "extra" miles and an "extra" day, which, when the truck was returned they wanted to charge me for extra miles (19), and $40 for an extra day. Not a happy customer!!!!!!!!!

Juistin MEven after a major snow storm my truck was ready to go. Clean and even warmed up. Kenny was very friendly, we got everything done quickly and I can't be more satisfied with the service I got from O Brians.
joe sis there any way that you could email to me the contract with the amounts to the above noted address, the email option is so good for organizing paperwork. I liked your new trucks and through the years i have rented over 30 units (trucks & trailers) and I would have thought that you would have had some kind of loaded computer program that would have my name in there somewhere since I ordered the truck or trailer and I paid for them. Even the local lawnmower shop who I buy from every 3 years has my name whenever I come back to see him. you might try it track you customers especially the ones that return visit and pay your wages!
