Quang NFirst of all there’s only 1 parking space. So if you rent a truck for a couple hours and want it to rent urn to the same location you better find place in the street. 2nd : the truck that they gave me… needs to put it inside the trash ASAP! what a dangerous thing, I can not believe that U-Haul stil renting that old and not well maintained truck

NADAR AI found the process to be simple. The Clerk was friendly and very knowledgeable of all the products and was willing to assist in what I needed. He took the guess work out of getting a U-Haul and Storage. Was very accommodating and offered assistance. I found the device I received to be very professional. Resealable rates and convenient location.

debbie eCustomer service was lacking. I came back to return the truck I rented and the front door was locked. I looked through the window and could see someone sitting at the front desk so I waited a few minutes before knocking again. I knocked again and was given the index finger for "one minute." He did not even raise his head or have an apologetic expression. When he finally decided to open the door the incident was not acknowledged and didn't get a generic apology.
Quyen LThe front desk needs to put effort and meet the client at the truck to check the mileage and gas before renting it out. It is just simple laziness. I was told by the reservation desk that I can park my car until I return with your truck. The front desk sounded very discouraging when she said, "but we are not responsible!" She could use a customer service training. The side view mirror was not adjustable to my use. It has very limited settings. That is a safety hazard issue. I was told by someone that I should not expect much. "It's U-Haul." I believe all companies can make improvements. It is a competitive market.
Glenn RI had to come to this location to pick up a 10' truck because the first location did not have the truck available for me (even though I had a reservation).
William MThe whole experience was horrible. The staff in store was not knowledgable and gave incorrect information. Doubt I will stay as a customer of U-haul after many yrs this experience will not be forgotten. In the end they ended double charging me which is unacceptable.
