The facility manager was exceptional. He was pleasant, professional and thorough. He is a Great Asset to your organization. His customer relations made up for the short comings of the assistant or assistant manager. The assistant or assistant manager arrived late to work, never spoke, never looked at me directly and came across like he did not want to be there.
