Jennifer SimpsonVehicle worked well with one exception. When you fill the gas tank there is a leak somewhere in the line from the downspout to the tank. It cost money in lost gas and needs immediate repair. Have photos and video. No leak noticed from the gas tank.

TERESA METHENYThe owners/staff at Payette Tire were great, even though I was guaranteed a appliance dolly and there was not one with the truck, they found one near by and was willing to go get it, it was located in the same town which I was loading a storage unit and I just picked it up.

It will save you the grief of getting home and realizing "this isn't going to work." Shawn and Nancy were very helpful when I didn't take my own advice. Location was easy to find, easy to return the rented equipment. Just a pleasant experience

Mikel GuillThe equipment I rented wasn’t in the back of the truck. Luckily there were employees there (they were kind and helpful) and they grabbed it for me, but if I had picked up the truck any earlier, I wouldn’t have been able to grab my equipment.
Jessica LangWe liked it better when we picked up the truck with a full tank of gas and returned it with a full tank of gas. It’s hard to judge it correctly when traveling. We picked it up with 1/4 tank and returned it with over 1/2 tank.
GEORGE STARKIt was never explained about a set mileage that we were allowed before having to pay extra miles. Uhaul changed my pick up location forcing me to drive farther than expected. Very disappointed!!
mark obenchainThe owner of the U-Haul shop tried to charge for an extra day. The U-Haul was due back at 2:57pm. He said it was due back at 2. I corrected him and he got angry. I went out side to get my son to witness the interaction. The owner admitted he was wrong and proceeded to tell me to shut up. Told me to never come in again. My son said just give us a receipt, to which the owner demanded my son leave his property, that he was trespassing and he was going to call the cops. My son left the premise. I with all of my colleagues, friends, and family will never use U-Haul again as long as the mean ill-tempered man is connected to U-Haul.
BRENDA HUGHESThe truck had a leak in the roof, soaking some of my furniture. The mobile app is almost useless, took 45 minutes to get the truck checked out and after an hour of trying to get it checked back in I had to give up and your 800 number for assistance. I will not be using Uhaul for my next rental.

DANA SPOHNI was very satisfied with your equipment. I was not satisfied with Payette Tire. I needed to adjust my hitch to handle the 5 x 9 rental. Payette Tire personel were to busy to assist. I could have made adjustments myself, but did not have the hardware to accomplish and they would not let me use their tools to accomplish. They sent me down the road to auto repair facility to accomplish. That facility made adjustments at no cost and could not believe Payette Tire took their attitude.

John DeWittThis location was fine, although we reserved to pick up in Donnelly where we live well in advance, Uhaul failed to have a truck there for us so we had to drive all the way to payette which is over 2 hours away from us. This was very inconvenient and very frustratingly, especially finding out only days prior to our departure. They did compensate us a teensy bit but not nearly enough for what we had to do. They didn’t even offer to bring one to us, just that we had to go pick one up somewhere else. It was added stress we didn’t need!

Craig PattersonThe drop off procedure is difficult at best. The website the drop off directions prompts you to is terrible. It fails to log you in and very hard to navigate. The customer service number was tried but the u haul representative was incompetent and of no help repeatedly referring me back to the website that was not functioning.

I wasn't very impressed with the initial contact. The return went very smoothly.
