There is no parking for our personal cars
Jowne RCheck in was poor. The app was faulty and when I called the mobile support rep was rude and condescending. I gave up on the app and used Chrome. It worked much better.
Seth DThe Dollies and the Furniture Cover weren’t in the truck, and had to call customer service. Called on February 17 a couple of time and no answer. They charged me for the Dollie’s and covers that’s I didn’t use or have in the truck.

alexis jDon’t hook me up to a trailer in a spot where I can’t pull out without damaging the vehicle next to it. I had to disconnect and reposition my vehicle at my demand reconnect to safely leave the facility.

jerry nI am rating the.ad okay but the experience in general is 2.stars. Not a good experience and I will not rent from uhaul again. First my van wasn't avail at pick up time. We had to take a box truck after being sent to a different location. Then return I called CS because we could not have a uhaul at our condo overnight so they told me to return at the vine st loc since I was still on Kissimmee & not in orlando as planned. The CS rep said the loc would close out contract on Tues and we would see a refund since it is now an in town return. I tried for 3 days to get ahold of someone at return loc to see why the contract wasn't closed and never rcvd a return call. Called CS again told they could not help, return loc would have to be called. Now 4 days later I am billed an additional al 35.00 because of your mistake. Chatted with CS reps 3 times to be told my issue would have to reviewed and give at least 3 days for response. That is bs. I wad originally quoted less than 60 to rent a van for the day. I have now been charged over 165.00. I am due a credit for my returning on time to same town as rented from. I am due back this made up charge from Friday for 35.00 and I am die the 50.00 guarantee because the van I rented was no avail when I got there and I had to postpone my plans to go to another loc to get a box truck. All this extra has not drained by bank account and u wanna tell me to bad wait 3 days for u to review. ABSOLUTELY NOT

jose mNeed to tell the people running that location to return the stuff that renters forget in the truck. I had forgot something on the front seat and I know it was on the front seat. The next day I called the office and no one answers and I left couple voice mails and no one called me back so pretty much, they stole my property and never attempted to returned it. I wont ever go back to that location or recommend it to anyone

nashard gWorst experience. My rental truck wasn't ready i had to leave and return. The lady at the counter was on her personal phone on speaker having a conversation. She added insurance to my rental i didn't ask for and did not consent to. This is the worst experience ive had and from now on i will be using a different company. This location is awful!!!
Erick LPlease stop charging insurance without asking customers . I was charged 10$ insurance on truck even if I denied it , I only used truck for 3hrs .

Osvaldo GThe only issue that I believe needs improvement is the hours the place is open. Hours listed are from 9:00am to 5:30pm. I dropped off the truck off at 5:20pm and the door to the office was already locked with the "closed" sign on. I was told by the person working in the office to just drop off the keys in the drop box. She wouldn't even open the door. Guess she was in a hurry to close. Other than this issue, everything went rather well. Thank you.
