The gentleman on the initial visit was amazing. I did wait a long time to be helped. But once I was helped the intersection was great. He went above and beyond. When I went to drop off the vehicle the women had poor customer service and everything I was told from the previous was an issue. Then she told me I would be charged in 15 mins and I had to walk to get my mileage so before leaving I could have an accurate charge. That was the reason I went inside was to be able to pay cash and be able to have an accurate payment amount. So it’s very to recommend the location when part of service is great and on the other the part was no so great.

John GCustomer Service is what was missing. The woman's attitude was so cold: she didn't go over the paperwork, nor look over the with me to make sure it was no damages prior to us leaving, didn't have no dollys. I mean the woman was not nasty it was her attitude that was very off-putting. Not warm or engaging but her attitude was more less like why are you bothering me and keeping me from eating my McDonald's that I just picked up. I know the sign said I'll be back at 10:40 am but you and your family don't have to be waiting for me right at 10:40 am, now I can't eat my food while it's nice and hot because I have to work now type of attitude. I would like to apologize for making her do what she was hired to do which is work. To answer the question what you can do to improve for the next customer: Have your people bring a good attitude to work

IVAN MRobert was very helpful and informative from the initial call to confirm my reservation until I dropped the truck off. I will be returning in 2 months to rent again!

loyea rDidn’t choose this location but at the very last minute was sent there. The process took a long time, the agent couldn’t find the key for the vehicle and acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Finally got a key to a different truck. Used for two hours and brought it back. Pulled in so it could be inspected or whatever is done and agent gave me a hard time about not parking it in the back of the building which I had no idea that was what was expected when I actually picked it up in front. Then they told me to park it back in the same spot in the front but when I shared their lot was extremely small and I didn’t want to risk damaging anything putting it back into the tight spot they had it again was given an attitude. Would not use this location again if given a choice.

CHACON GI reserved a truck to be able to pick up at any time at a location that offers that option and a guarantee that I'd have my truck available. However, when I arrived (I was not late) the keys were not in the lockbox. I spent over an hour just on hold to be able to speak to a rep, just to be told we had to drive to yet another location to drive a truck that was more expensive when it came to all the gees associated with it. We put a complaint and were told someone would call us back. We have yet to hear from anyone at uhaul. This all took place 7/31/2022. Today is 8/2/22.

I will no longer be using U-Haul if this situation does not get corrected. It is not fair nor is there a reason why they are adding on extra charges for nothing.
