Drop off was exactly as I had hoped. Park the truck somewhere, and leave the keys for a quick and easy drop off.
William BoeseThe only thing that wasn't seamless happened when I picked up the truck. The fuel tank was very low (1/16). The representative didn't tell me about a fuel credit that happens if I return the truck with at least a quarter of a tank. Everything else exceeded my expectations.

Mardoche DerochesDo rent out vehicles with a check engine light on! Have customer service available to answer your questions. Don’t make someone wait over 30 minutes for a call back! Very unprofessional service at this location!
Deborah SullenThe issue was with Uhaul itself, not with the location or operator. Poor confirmation system, detail, e-communications, sent to wrong site, changed 'locations' on us. Equipment worked fine (well maintained) but was not clean. Overall, I will never use UHaul again until I see it has upgraded its fleet and provided better comm's with its operators
Daniel SegalWhen I reserved the truck, I opted for direct reimbursement and to not pay for coverage however I ended up signing off on papers that indicated I wanted coverage. Ended up paying fifteen more dollars because it was switched without me knowing. This was the only con when it came to renting a truck from here.

Jada GalbreathThere was a lot of confusion about which truck was ours (not on our end) and the key wasn’t there for us to access independently. The owner had to come back and give us the key which didn’t allow us to get our truck until about 6:50 (50 minutes late) cutting a huge chunk of time out for moving. We barely made it back on time and didn’t have time to stop for gas so now we’re stuck with the fees and consequences of a 3 hour move.
