It was a bit confusing at first. I was using the app to reserve everything but my husband went inside and spoke with someone there. We got an older truck—which I didn’t like. The drop off was not user-friendly as all.
James MMy experience this time around was pretty miserable and really felt unfair to my wallet. First off I had to drive to a town 20-30 miles away from me which costs me more money gas and mileage wise that I pay U-Haul when clearly there are trucks closer to me at other locations. This is extremely inconvenient and costs more money and time while moving. Secondly, I originally reserved a dolly with my truck, I never got that dolly and it was never offered to me. When I arrived to pick up the U-Haul, the man I spoke to (assuming he owns or runs the garage) had to call a third party to confirm my order because his computer was down, which felt weird. I've checked the charges on my card and it looks like I've been charged twice for everything. Once on the front end and then again on the back end when I went through to return process on my phone while dropping the truck off. I will be looking into getting this verified and corrected if needed. All in all a very poor experience and I really hope next time around I can find a better solution than U-Haul.
Landon LOwner was late 50 minutes after pick up time. Tire was flat. Changed tire. Stay away. Lost time and money.

Jonathan Wwe waited over an hour for the man to return to the store we were early before 1pm we arrived at 11:50 and waited! he finally came and stayed in his car for awhile and then came out of car and still made us wait till he got done with his conversation on his cell. then told us we could have just take the truck because the keys were in the truck I told him that we were not told that when we made the reservations. I was not very happy with that ordeal!!!!

brenda hADVERTISE RIGHT. You are all posting $19.99 or $29.99 and then when we go pay its close to $200.00 and these are the towed trailers not trucks. These ads are deceiving to customers. ADVERTISE RIGHT. Its about the ADS and not the dealers.
Winston DI denied insurance; was not given a copy of the contract; found out that I was charged for insurance once I checked the contract received through my e-mail.
