The only problem we ran into was the last dolly was taken by another employee before it could be placed into our truck rental. We were not charged for it, but we really would have liked to have had the large dolly to move our heavy appliances.

ALPHONSEMARIE KI originally was sent to the location in Buellton, about 20 miles east of this location. After trying to figure out how to access the keys, I called Uhaul. I was told that even though I set up my pickup for “mobile pickup” which is what my confirmation email confirmed… the location forgot to put the keys out, therefore there I could not access the truck & was then sent to Lompoc as that was the next closest location.

ELAINE AI would only say that it was difficult to locate since there wasn’t a sign high enough to see easily from the street if there weee other cars in / around the building. Not a big deal but the staff should let renters know that the office is IN the gas station office. But very quick and friendly service.

Lester BThe air conditioning was broken in the truck. It was a VERY hot and tiring drive from the Santa Ynez valley all the way up to Redding, For the price of $2300 dollars this does not sit well. In addition the drivers side window didn’t close all the way so there was a perpetual whistle while driving highway speeds and the drivers side mirror would not stay in position at speed which was dangerous and required constant attention.
