Marilyn BThe truck I rented gave me a good old fashioned cold. Why? Because once it started raining, there was water coming into the cabin and found its way down the seatbelt. My entire left side of my body, front and back, was wet at a certain point all the way down to my waist. It was a miserable experience for like 2 hours. Dried off before we got home, but I hated every minute of it. Fix that truck, will you?

David SWe originally got a 5x8 enclosed trailer, and realized later that day that we needed the next size up. They were very accommodating to us! I called, they said bring the smaller one back and we’ll take care of you, and they did!! The only thing was, the bigger trailer had dirt in it, but it was no big deal to us! They did us a solid by having the bigger trailer for us to exchange! I love small town service!

Michael RIt was so great to pick up near me and Pritchards was awesome. There were some communication problems with uhaul early on, but Stein went far beyond to make sure my truck was ready for me.

Lloyd NI was told the charges would be 100.80 plus a 100.00 deposit instead my card was charged 275.80 instead of the 200.80 it was supposed to be charged and nobody at uhaul can tell me why my card was charged an additional 75.00 and everyone says i was only charged the 200.80 even though my debit card statement clearly shows being charged 275.80 by uhl prichard foods I'm upset that I appear to be have taken for 75.00 dollars

anthony vI had ordered a tow dolly and received confirmation email. When I arrived, there was not one available. Instead they had to give me a trailer. This was not ideal as I had to tow a car and once I drove up onto the trailer it was impossible to open the door to exit the car. I ended up crawling out the window "Dukes of Hazard" style. When I request specific equipment, there is a reason. Uhaul should not confirm if the equipment is not available.

William CMy fuel was a little under 1/2 a tank. I fill it up to that amount before I dropped it off. Then I was charged 20 something dollars for fuel. Not sure who's fault it was but I would appreciate a refund especially since I've spent a good amount but money with U-Haul over the past week or so.

GARY LThe truck I rented did not have the gas listed on my paper work to begin with. The truck had a service light on upon pick up. The trucks steering was very loose and was very hard to drive. I do not believe I will be using uhual again.

Tina CI tried using chat to talkbt Bad customer service on your website and did not get anyone to reply back. I then used your email system and received N answer 24 hours later. Just need to improve that.
Larry TThe original drop location was L&C Market, which was shut down when I arrived and wasn't notified prior too my drop off date. When I arrived, people outside notified me that the store has been shut down for several weeks. Uhaul should notify customers if a business is no longer in business.
