Disgusting just nasty and nasty attitudes
tamika sWas charged 3x times the amount I reserved the u haul for I was charged 15 dollar safe fee was told to cancel my original. Then the price was higher did not use full milage quoted either there is no evidence saying why I was charged that amount.
tina mOur original reservation was with another site, which was not manned when we arrived at the appointed time. We were redirected to the alternate site, where we were well served.

Ernest CI don't understand how the rates go up on the weekend and Lower during the weekdays, the last time I rented a U-Haul I paid $100 cash deposit and with insurance and the price of the truck returned it plus mileage and I was cool I'll go in today and I have to pay $150 deposit and $0.99 a mile that is ridiculous.

Aaron HI have video footage of when I enters the vehicle it shows the vehicle was not clean, and this location chose to charge me for someone else being dirty, also have been over charging me from the start I would not recommend a desperate person needing a uhaul, they should not be representing uhaul, they are scamming.
