Emilio AI was over charge around $75.00. And now have to fix it myself by calling u-hauls financial department. I shouldn't be having to fix their error where they charged my account more than what was agreed and on my receipt. It over drafted my account which caused my bank to charge me an additional $15.00. Not to mention this was the second time this has happened at this location. Very unsatisfactory experience.

Steve NWe were overcharged for 1 day. I called the location in Redding and talked to Thia. She instantly accused us of bringing it back late without investigating to see where the mistake was made. Good customer service does not include accusing customer of anything. Then when she realized I was correct she told me to call customer service. Customer service handled the situation and we were reimbursed .

Shannon PI want a refund!! The lady told me to bring it back full. I did just that even though I only went six miles I ended up putting in 8 gallons at 41.00 dollars. The lady told me I should of read my email. I did what she told me to do. At the cost of 41,00 dollars for six miles. Said oh well, I can’t do refunds. I’m disgusted and will take this on to corporate . 56.00 for the truck for six miles and 41.00 in fuel, what a rip off.

Nancy UThe staff was great! Regarding the equipment, the end of one of the tie-down boards had come loose in two places, making it difficult to secure the load in that area. Otherwise the trailer worked as expected. It's nice that U-Haul has multiple locations, making it relatively easy to pick-up and drop-off equipment.

MICHAEL JDrop off location was after hours there was no employee left so can't rate them, on that note, the location seemed small but nice, however it was hard to find at night and there was no light on the parkinglot which made it difficult for taking equipment return pictures and felt a little unsafe. Adding a light may help.

Timothy RMy complaint has nothing to do with the location. Durning my move i broke two toes so I ask if I could return it on Monday instead. The person I talked with she misinformed me so when I got the email I called back to see why there was changes. The gal I spoke to then gave me courtesy days until the 29th I believe. I returned the trailer this afternoon on the 28th and I had a charge of 58 and some odd cents. I tried calling to find out why and I was in hold for way too long and had other business to take care of.
Alicia TI ended up paying $170.00 for a truck that said $19.99. The fine print is very deceiving. I didn't have my cell phone to get messages and I don't know why I was charged so much

Kevin MIt's unfortune to the business owner, but the location is pretty dangerous due to the homeless population nearby. But that's not the fault of the owners, it's been a problem up here in Nor Cal. That being said, Power Plus Rentals treated me extremely well and gave me a fair price for the rental. I will come back to continue doing business with them in the future.
