Staff was rude and truck was dirty on the inside
Mellany DHorrible! Made me wait for 45 minutes he was so slow , even the people in front of me said never had such bad service! All threats about don’t lose paperwork or the police will arrest me or can’t drop it off when he’s not there or uhaul will charge me 45,000 dollars! I’ve rented 30 uhaul a mile away with never a problem and they’re left outside all the time and no problems ! This guy was just nuts ! He was threatening the customers in front of me also to where it was almost comical, guy definitely has mental issues, will never go back ! Also gas was not accurate, I will be calling uhaul for a refund!!!

David AWhen I got the truck it wasn’t full, the gauge was off but I was told it’s fine. . I drove 35 miles. That should have been 1-2 gallons of gas to get back to full. had to put in almost 8 gallons. Total scam… do better ! I’ll never use U-Haul again!

William SI was able to book online for remote pickup at 9am only to show up at the date and time and find that the location had inconsistent messages regarding office hours. The reservation was confirmed for 9am but while using google for directions it stated the facility did not open until 10:00. Figured this was OK since I was confirmed for a remote pickup in which I would only need to have a cell phone and I could check out the truck without having to wait for them to open. When I arrived at 9:00, the OPEN light was flashing even though it was not yet 10:00, there were signs on the door that said hours were 9-4 but other signs that said 10-3, but again the open sign was lit. I could not access remote access and when I checked the door it was locked. There was someone that let us in and told us that remote pick up was not done at this location - again it was confirmed in an email but oh well. He also said they don’t open until 10 and I told him the sign says 9 and the open sign is lit. He ignored those comments. Got the truck but will never use this location again.

Sebastian AThis is the second rental this month at the same location. First truck the mirror was defective and I had to stop on at another location to have them repair it. This time, the truck had a constant tire light that was on (as it was “too expensive” to fix properly but it was “ok”), there was a chip in the windshield and a light dangling on the backside. I won’t be needing a truck soon again but it will be unlikely I will go back or recommend this location.

Chandra SI didn't expect to have to travel 75 miles (one way) to return the truck. VERY inconvenient! I was told the local u-haul was full, the one 35 miles away was full. I don't feel that the customer should be the one shuffling the trucks around. I was reimbursed $200 for the change of drop off location, however, I didn't sign up to be hired for their shuffle driver. The lady on the phone was friendly.

Yvonne MYesterday, Patrick stayed late to collect my appliance dolly to save me a second day charge. With the annual bicycle event “El Tour de Tucson” shutting down the road between my house and the rental yard the next day, Patrick provided an uncommon, human consideration that makes your brand look good. He didn’t have to do this, but he did. Yes it was only a $10 rental fee, but that’s exactly what makes this effort more remarkable. I asked if I could reward him some way off the books. He said, You just did by thanking me.” I’ll continue to take my business to his Rita Ranch location. I usually use either the Speedway or Golf Links locations here in Tucson.
Bruce Ethe location was 15 miles from the place I originally placed my reservation for a U-haul.
William KPatrick was really nice, and super helpful, but maybe he could use some help, because it was poppin and returning my keys took a while.
