The sales rep was very helpfull
shavonne sAt first they couldn't find my reservation. Make sure a representative leaves a voicemail to let the customer know the truck was not available at that location . I was lucky that another customer dropped off a 20' truck. I also requested a dolly but they didn't have one. It was not a good experience although the receptionist was nice.
Linda JThe only issue. The dolly was making too much noise while driving. There should be a hook latch to keep the dolly in place. It was very frustrating. TOO MUCH NOISE

Tyrell SIf the location can't provide equipment then they need to NOTIFY the customer. Imagine my shock picking up the van specifically to move an APPLIANCE and finding out they took the APPLIANCE DOLLY off my order without telling me. That truck became instantly worthless.
April FThe truck was UNSAFE. The windshield wipers were damaged and an malfunction light was on. The truck did not switch in gears BUT most importantly difficulty stopping as the truck would jerk gwhen coming to a stop and the gears reared up.

Gregory SThe headlight was out in the truck. The self-check process was horrible. Had to contact customer service for support. Returning was no better. The online service keep freezing up. We left the key and received a message that UHaul would contact me but no one did. I was charged for 2 days even though I turned it in. I’ll never use the online process, way too stressful for such a simple process.
