The friendly authorized UHaul renters here at Art Home Interiors were excellent. The experience was smooth and very professional. If I need to rent another UHaul I will be renting from this location. Give these fine people a raise.
Edward MI reserved a truck for self pickup using 24/7 service. When I arrived, the location was locked and not accessible for 24/7 pickup. I had to return two hours later which disrupted my movers/schedule. When I finally got the truck it was extremely dirty in cabin. There was a couch in the truck. And the truck was given to me with 7 miles of gas left. Terrible experience and when I tried to call U-Haul to address the situation I was told the manager was “not in” and that a complaint would be filed and someone would reach out to follow up but no one has followed up.

LISSETH GGreat service, very friendly and accommodating. There is parking for your car and I had no issues with their truck. A bit tricky to find the parking lot but I was given a lot of friendly assistance by the manager. Everything went very smoothly.
Da BRental is very expensive. Mileage is too high and makes what looks cheap at first sight way too expensive.
