Remaking my original review. No issues with the location. My issues stem with uhaul corporate and the rental experience I had dealing with corporate uhual. I did not realize that my review was going to only reflect the local dealer that had nothing to do with my experience. Uhaul needs to allow reviews to be separate from the location and the corporate experience. I apologize for to owner of the establishment as my anger wasn't towards them but as uhaul as a corporate entity

Donald FinnThis location was fine but I was directed here because the original location 12534 Nacogdoches RD San Antonio, TX had a unit with a defective tire on the front driver side with no replacement available. This caused a delay plus having to travel to another location to get a smaller unit. We will need another truck soon to finish this move. I hope the next one is legally and safely operationally ready. Thank you, Charley Watson

My reservation was changed last minute to this location and confirmed for 7 AM. Upon arrival at 7, the office was closed and not supposed to open until 8. After calling U-Haul and receiving no help, I found a number specifically for this location and was lucky enough to have an accommodating host who opened early for me.

Lorenzo SamaripaWhen I dropped the trailer off, at 2:30 Saturday March 5, (business hours 8:30 - 3 pm) I had to call someone, because no one was around. I was told they weren't checking in trailers now, and I could just drop it and leave. I was left to unhitch a 6X12 trailer by myself. I'm not sure why or how you would expect someone to do that. Very disappointing.

Left message was not returned left message today and was returned but truck was not checked in till later today. Not a good feeling to just leave a truck at a business that is on the outskirts of town. I had a friend leave a truck at a location with just a drop box and two federal agents came to arrest him a year later and the business owner had passed and it took days to find the receipt. U haul was not very helpful while waiting ( this is why I would never have picked an unmanned business for the return). Turned out ok but still not a good feeling.

Jerry LindseyThe original place I had reservation at was closed at the time of pick up. I call U-Haul & a very nice lady helped me out. I does seem that with every step during this recent move, U-Haul has made things just a little more difficult for me. It may just be the vendors that have your equipment that are the issue, but they are directly linked yo U-Haul and I consider them U-Haul. There seems to be no monitoring of equipment and its whereabouts. The staff at some of the equipment rental locations are "less than" as well. I have called U-Haul to ask a question only to get a completely different answer at the pick up location. There just seems to be no standard of practice. It's disappointing.
