Charles FWhen they hooked up the tow dolly it wasn't hooked up properly I mean U-Haul the U-Haul thing was just a bad experience all around I will never go to U-Haul for anything again.... I believe on our money it says this is legal tender for all debts public and private yet fucking U-Haul don't take cash fuck you all

Aaron MThey charged me when I dropped off the uhaul and we returned it clean and fuel was fine. Where we dropped it off couldnt even tell us why we were charged. We should be refunded but when I called she said you have to talk to the location the location said you have to call Uhaul. So thanks for the circle jerk. I am out 57.80

Matthew MWe started off with reservations made through the Truck share 24/7 at Om Sai Property LLC in Trenton, Fl. They did not do whatever they were supposed to do so the person at the UHaul help center directed us to Knots Bait. The people at Knots were great. They had the truck, they were courteous and made the experience a good one. The ladies at the U-Haul help center were great too. They gave me a $50 credit for my troubles, and I didn’t have to ask for it, they offered it. Thank you!
Charles SThis location was great and didn’t have a reservation with them. The original reservation was disappointing. We showed up at 10:30 and waited an hour for no one to show up, there wasn’t a sign on the door and no further information was given to the customer service representative about holiday hours. So Knots Bait and Tackle saved the day.

Andrew HAwful experience. I reserved 3 months in advance and equipment was not available on pick up day. I was set up for a local rental although I set up for a 1 way rental. Car transport was bent and broken to the point where I had to work on it before I could use it. I was quoted appx. $400.00 cost, then at pick up the cost was over $1000.00. Moving is a stressful experience and U-Haul made it even more stressful. I hope that I never need to use this company in the future.
