The only problem we had was the truck inside the cab and the back smelled very bad

Opal RNothing. This location was the easiest and fastest checkout and check-in I have ever experienced. Ashley was so helpful. I do not know the name of the lady that checked me in, but she made it easy and quick. These two people could train others. If I need U-Haul again, this is the location I will pick.

Heather CThe truck appeared to be in good shape but the truck broke down several towns over from where I was driving to. The truck stuck overnight, with it full of my stuff, in the parking lot of a taco place and I had to sleep in my car. Spent the rest of the time with the truck having to have it towed place to place. Maybe the worst part was getting charged for the gas I was never able to put in because the truck was not fixable or drivable. Overall this experience was terrible.

CHARLES LDon’t know if it was my iPhone 8+ because it is an old phone or the application or website but the check out yourself was impossible to do. It couldn’t locate me even though I verified numerous times location settings were on. Maps got me there using location.
Jennifer MThe woman at the desk got sassy with my wife over the small amount of dirt that was in the back of the 26' truck after I swept it up. Going on and on in a very unprofessional manner how she should charge us for the dirt (that was no longer in the truck). I swept up a 6 inch circle of dirt and threw it out of the back and she acted like we were hauling dirty 4 wheelers back there. If you're not charging us then just don't charge us! No need to talk down to us and over exaggerate the amount of sweeping that I, THE RENTER had to sweep out. Way over the top!
Michael LCommunication! I was told the truck was not available until 11:15 AM and the gentleman at the location told me I could have had it at 9AM and I could have used those two hours.
Thomas BTake photos of the roof to verify no holes. Got to my destination and found my mattresses and boxes soaked from a small hole in the roof that was missed.

Craig FHad difficulty putting tag and keys in mail box. Someone else's key blocking. Easy to reach in and get key if previous customer does not push key all the way down.
