The moving truck was not clean on the inside. There were many loose nails all over the floor. I reserved a furniture dolley but the location didn’t have any. The $7 charge was still on my bill despite the location not having any. I reserved 2 packs of 12 moving blankets but only 5 were in the truck. I was still charged for 24 blankets. Most were dirty & had holes in the blankets. Other than that, the truck worked well & the mobile check-in & drop off was easy to use.

But when I returned it the agent said after every return it should be clean. I explained to him maybe that customer didn't know because the lady didn't tell me either. She told me make sure I put the gas back where it was if not I would be charged. An how to contact roadside assistance if something happened.He was real polite an said she should tell everyone.
Ruedean RSomewhere between the time I rented the vehicles and returned the last one the computer made a change in my charges. I paid the extra charges but would like to see this investigated please.

Richard SMy uhaul experience with actual in person people was great. However uhaul completely screwed us on our first reservation by booking a truck that didn’t exist. No one from uhaul called like they were supposed to and I cannot reach a soul in the call center. Terrible customer service. Y’all treat customers like dirt and won’t answer for it. Oh and to the one girl, Courtney that I actually did get in contact with that one time at the 1800 number…I hope you get written up for “placing me on a brief hold” and putting me back in the que because you’re too lazy to do your job. I will be going to BBB and filing a report with them as well. Own up to your mistakes, Uhaul and hire some people for your call center because it all sucks so back I wonder if you’re about to close up shop. I wouldn’t recommend a uhaul to a dog let alone anyone else.

Kathryn HDrivers side window was off track and wouldn’t roll up correctly. Uhaul telephone customer service is horrible. People at Sun Self Storage were more help than uhaul customer service.

Ginger FI was overwhelmed by the price. I booked my reservations in valley and was emailed a reservations to pick up in opelika. I paid $150 for a $19.99 truck rental. I should have just got a bigger truck that my stuff actually fit in if I had to pat that much or rented it for more days.

THOMAS AMy comment is not about the location. The location was good and the lady at that location is the only way we got help to get the truck. We stayed on hold, on the phone with UHaul siting in our car for over an hour without being able to get the online checkin process resolved. It was frustrating sitting there right beside the truck that was ready for us and we couldn't even get the keys because of an online issue. We finally gave up and went back inside and begged the lady to help us. She said she could get in trouble for helping us do it (meaning us not going through the online process) but we should not have been on hold for an hour waiting on the Uhaul App to work. I hope the lady has no repercussions for helping us as she was the only way we were able to get the keys. If you want a suggestion - let the UHaul offices help the customers when the App does not work properly. We have always used the UHaul brand. The is the 2nd time we have had issues with the online method.

Shawn KI was charged for fuel, when I left the gas hand exactly the way it was found. I have pictures to prove it. Also, Uhaul changed my reservation location the day before pick-up which caused me to go 25 miles (at 0.99 a mile!) more than originally anticipated.
