Joseph HomenyYou're mobile check did not work at all. Location would not stop spinning and then when trying to chat, chat wouldn't send a message. I also tried to change from mobile check in to standard and it wouldn't succeed. Horrible app.
James SheaferThe backup camera/display/audio system were disabled on this cargo van. The lack of a backup camera in a vehicle with this little visibility is dangerous.
Matthew MonaghanFuel tank was not full. I drove a total of 60 miles all but 6 miles freeway and country. I put 10 gallons before returning. Left gas receipt with Ace Hardware/ U HAUL.
GREGG ST. JOHNEverything was perfect, the vehicle was brand new, with wireless android Auto and easy to drive. One thing I did not like, us that it was not easy to understand the level of gas in the trunk. I added 10 gallons just in case, but I did not see any indicator. When I left the vehicle I was told it was full. Probably I overpaid on gas, but that is ok.

William HirnStress to those who rent your equipment, bring it back as clean as you received it. Clean up your own dog hair, don’t be so inconsiderate. We tried to remove as much as possible.

Donald BranhamEverything was great except I had to go to a different location to pick up the truck from where I originally scheduled. This went from a 10 min drive to pick up to a 30 minute drive. But customer service was good and everyone was really nice and helpful.

What was the point of doing it online for 24/7 access when I still had to go inside and do everything again? The truck was visibly dirty with trash still inside and the windshield was filthy with bug splatters and the wipers would not clean them. Very disappointed with the service.

NANETTE HUSTEDInside truck was dirty. Cigarette smell and ashes on driver's side seat. Receipt and other trash on floor. Dash was dusty. I didn't rent a hand truck but there was one in back of truck. Truck has over 100,000 miles and it drove rough, loud Staff was polite and knowledgeable.

MICHAEL GIBSONIt took a long time to return the truck as they needed 3 people to try to figure out the computer system. They also said they would remove the $10 furniture pad charge, but that never happened. Way to go Uhaul for taking my $10 as I never plan to use Uhaul again.
Eric HenricksonDean was fantastic at pickup. But the interior of the truck cab was full of dog hair and smelled like wet dog from the previous renter. I was charged $25 at drop off for the clean up. I've sent multiple emails because on top of having to deal with the mess while I rented the truck, I shouldn't also have to pay to clean it up. I have not received a response and it's been nearly 2 weeks.
Ian MilneSo I reserved a uhaul truck, but when I came to pick it up, it wasn’t there. Admittedly I was late (oopsie), but they explained that the person who had the truck the day before had been allowed to extend their reservation, which took my truck away! Luckily there was a van that wasn’t reserved, so I was still able to move all my stuff. But, because the van was smaller than the truck, I had to take more trips, meaning more miles, meaning extra charges. I understand this sort of stuff happens, so I’m not upset/angry, just frustrated.

And trust me I've used U-Haul many many times!!! So friendly! And such nice people! This out of at least eight moves that I have done through U-Haul Sunbury Ace hardware you are definitely the best I've ever had an experience with!!! I just want to say thank you all so very much not only for your kindness but also for your service with a smile on your face and true words of the amount of what I would pay you're definitely the place I'll go if I ever need a U-Haul again!!!! CHOONG LEECalled a week before I needed it and the person at the location suggested I make a reservation on the U-Haul website to make sure i got the size vehicle I needed. Glad they did that as I only needed a van this time instead of a truck. A very helpful suggestion.
Kim BanezWas told that we were unable to drop this off there, as they rent not receive and we should have a packet of paperwork we never received. Finally, we the consumers rerommended running the trailer it was agreed that they could find the routing and accept the drop off. Returning this item took over half an hour.
