The equipment I selected to rent with the truck was not available at the location. The truck was given to me dirty when I got it and they tried to make me pay to clean it afterwards and had to dispute the charges, I was supposed to be contacted and never was. The rental process was ridiculous and took forever the app did not function properly I had to redo the information 3 times. The truck sucked a serious amount of gas for a short trip.
