Absolutely nothing! Gina is so genuine and compassionate and I would highly rate this location.

Michael KI made an online reservation and showed up to the facility and no one was there. The office opens up at 9am and my reservation was for 11 am. We called SEVERAL TIMES and was told by a representative on the phone that someone was there and they were toping off the windshield wiper fluid... THERE WAS NO ONE THERE. We waited outside for 45 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to get us the keys to the uhaul that we had already reserved. Would not go there ever again!

Jordan Lonly suggestion would be to have trailer tongue stands so you don't have to lift tongue of trailer off the ground!

Cindy ANo one physically works at this location. There is an old faded note taped to the window with phone numbers to call. The numbers are unreliable. You have to call several times just to get somebody to answer. Once someone does finally answer you have to sit there and wait for someone to show up to rent you the equipment you had reserved.
Roy EI had a reservation for 10:30am on Saturday, August 31. I waited until almost 11:30am for the business owner to return from a trip to Trenton that morning (she communicated that her cat needed to have stitches removed that morning and she could be late). I wound up have to come back into town after a celebration of life 10 miles away to pick up the trailer. Quite inconvenient for us.

Mike BEverything went smoothly. The equipment choice was the perfect one for my Son's move to College. The amount of time we were able to keep the equipment allowed us to accomplish all we needed to do to get him moved out to Manhattan, KS and set him up in his rental property. I would highly recommend this location for all your Uhaul needs. They are good people to work with.
Gina RI had reserved a trailer for Monday morning, July 1. Gina was very helpful but computer glitches made the experience very frustrating. Having given my information to the Edmond U-haul day’s earlier, I don’t know why I had to give the information a second or even a third time. The experience and the time taken to complete the processes were troubling. U-hauls computer system requires too much redundancy when all the information given in reserving the equipment should have been on hand at the pick up location. Gina was helpful and courteous but was required to re-input my information twice making a fifteen minute procedure take an hour.
john lThe lady showed up on time for the pick up, but the office area and outside area could be cleaned up.

Rena PThe location did not have ink in printer to print the contract. The office was a dirty very unkept office off a garage. The truck was dirty on the floor board and the bed floor was not swept.

Kelly MTrain your employees correctly. The woman was 30 minutes late and took her 30 minutes to rent out the truck and our account has 3 holds on it by the end of the transaction. It is now 2 days later and I still have over $60 on hold on my account. I will refrain from using uhaul in the future. This is unacceptable. Terrible service.

JACQUI MI droped off at Trader John's as I was to do. Trader John was great. The uhaul compter system needs alot of work for improvement, in addition customer service is far from helpful and service orientated. The lefthand does not know what the righthand is doing.

Darla ZHad to call owner to actually come to the store and open 15 minutes after they were supposed to open. Waited another 15 for someone to arrive. Took another 30 minutes to get out of there. An hour loss of moving but still had to pay my help for that hour. I had to wait for one of the owners to show up to unhook trailer. Watched him back the whole side of the truck down side of a cedar tree. This place is dirty and run down and poorly ran. The truck was not cleaned out. Find someone else to rent from.
