I was worried going in, since many nearby U Haul locations have terrible reviews. This location was excellent. A very pleasant young man handled my U Haul pick-up. The truck was clean. He explained to me in detail how to operate the truck including the back door. This would be my go to location in the future.
Amila SThe location was fine, however Uhaul changed our location randomly the day before pick up stating that the location I selected for 24-hour pickup didn't support that program. They moved my pick up location 20 miles away from my home and on the night I was to pickup, there was a concert that had the entire area blocked off, so I could not access the vehicle. At that point, I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes trying to get ahold of the regional customer service and my wife was on the phone with the corporate customer service. The best they could do was get us a smaller truck at a different location that was another 20 miles away. Overall we are incredibly displeased with how this was handled by Uhaul.
