MARK WBe careful of what you get charged. This facility tacked on a safe move fee of $15.00. Number One, I didn’t need this because I wasn’t moving anything, second, I wasn’t made aware that this facility was going to add it without my knowledge. The facility was easy to work with, just underhandedly add charges.

barry mJust as a heads up you can't do pick up trucks rentals without a local DL. So I unfortunately had to go here with the hopes of a picktruck and ended up with a 15ft more expensive box truck. Then on top of that I was informed this would only be $10 more than my reservation for the pickup. I went 15 miles over my original estimate and in total it cost me $60 more than my original cost. If that wasn't crappy enough he went ahead a charged me for just 1 gal of gas at 5.40 even though I placed that fuel line exactly where the sheet said too. It just seems like they just wanted to milk all they could on the situation. So hopefully the next people get teated kinder, good luck.

debra BThe Texaco Food Mart was excellent. The original reservation was for me to pick up my Uhaul truck at Harbor Safe Storage at 6420 S Suncoast Blvd Fl, Homosassa, FL 34446. When I arrived at exactly noon the lady at the Harbor Safe Storage told me that she rented out the truck they reserved for me for 24 hours and it was due back at noon but the person who rented it was not back yet. I waited for a few minutes with her and then she called the Florida Uhaul location and transferred my reservation to the Texaco Food Mart. The Texaco Food Mart was excellent but I would never rent anything from the Harbor Safe Storage again and I will pass that information on to anyone that I know who is looking to rent from Uhaul.
