When I picked up the trailer, the attendant asked where I wanted to drop the trailer at my destination. Not knowing the destination area, I asked for something close so he gave me a recommendation. When I arrived in Maryland and off loaded the trailer, I found a UHAUL depot 1000 feet from our hotel. When I tried to drop the trailer at 8627 Ocean Gateway, Easton Maryland., the staff stated I could not drop the trailer at that location because they didn’t know it was coming. They were not helpful as to why I could not drop a UHAUL trailer at a UHAUL facility. I was told the trailer must be dropped at the location on my contract. When I rented the trailer, the attendant told me I could drop it at any UHAUL facility. I had to drive 30 miles out my way the next morning to drop the trailer at the recommended facility. NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROCESS for customers that do not know the area!

Got pulled over on Palisades PKY. was iussed a warning. All U-HAULS are commercial vehicles. This 10' truck was good on gas.
