Doug waited after hours for me, showed me some key features of the truck and had it ready to go when we got there.

James JWhen I returned the trailer in Kansas, the guy was reluctant to immediately check the trailer in. He was busy. I had to insist, that I be checked in and that I would not just drop the trailer off as he suggested, without being checked in. Your Grandview,Wa agent, Doug Thomas did an excellent job getting us on the road.

Adrian RThis was an after hours drop off location so I did not interact with personnel during this equipment return; however, on prior occasions the staff has been great. The only problem with the return was neither the website nor the U-Haul app worked.

Theresa WDoug was extremely pleasant to work with and went above to take care of us when the trailer presented some issues at pickup. We really appreciate his time, care, and thoroughness. The shop inside was fairly messy and not really welcoming for customers so that would be the only little complaint, but the staff was all kind and amazing.
Makayla LThomas auto parts is great for uhaul rentals. I’ve used them a few times moving around the area and their service is always amazing. I’ve purposely gone out of my way to rent through them instead of closer options because they do such a great job.
Jesus MA guy came and helped us get the ramp down to get our car off the trailer but we also needed aid getting the truck out of our driveway, but had to spend hours doing that on our own... i have never been happier to return anytihing Ever, there really should have been a partial refund for the 2 day nightmare, but sid enote, the shop seemed quite disheveled and the guy who helped us iwth the ramp could not leave fast enough, so we were not a priority, for the $500 we paid for the trailer hitch truck weekend from hell
