I run the Food Pantry at CRL Ministries. I needed to make a pick up at the Maryland Food Band at 830 am. On the way to the food bank i was supposed to pick up a helper to load the truck. I made my reservation for 7am to allow myself enough time. The owner did not arrive until 730am no explanation no apology or anything. As a result I did not have to pick up my helper and was 10 minutes late arriving at the food bank. Fortunately I was able to pick up my order. But if I hadn't been able to pick up that order it would have greatly impacted the communities we serve. But just to walk in as if my time didn't matter is not acceptable.

CHARLESLLOYD BCharged me $40 dollars for 2 furniture blankets that I left in the trunk. Furniture blankets that were kept outside uncovered mind you in the pouring rain. The inside was dirty and the people inside rude, uninformative and quiet. Would rather drive an extra 5-10 miles then go here ever again.

BARBARA SOther than the individual forgetting to check the vehicle in. It was ok. I got incorrectly charged for another day because the rep did not check in the vehicle. Luckily I called and they gave me a refund.
Kaitlyn BI was charged a cleaning fee of $20. When I went to complain, I was told that there was a piece of paper. I used the truck to transport a couch set, ensured that there was nothing in the truck when I returned it. I didn’t transport any papers.

Von FMJ was so helpful and kind. He came out and checked the tires of the truck to make sure everything was good for me. He also called me to make sure I had picked up my personal vehicle while I had the truck, bc i removed it from the lot and he wanted to make sure everything was okay. I was a few minutes late returning the truck and he was also very understanding and did not charge me anything extra. I will for sure recommend this company for my uhaul needs. I will be using this company again in the near future as I have another move to make. This place is the BEST in the business for your moving truck needs.
