ROBERT PANNIERLocation was perfect for me and I can gas up there upon return. Had dolly and blankets like I needed. Transaction was easy.
Terrell PughTruck ran well but back was dirty. Puck up was convenience/ gas store with one person working. Kept getting interrupted by other customers buying things. Clerk/ owner always checked out store customers first and kept going back and forth on getting me my truck. Process should have taken 10 minutes took 30.
Robert WilkisonThis guy has a fuel scam going. He gave me a contract for a different truck so I couldn't compare the fuel level in the truck with the contract. When I returned the truck and added enough fuel to cover the fifteen miles I drove, he claimed that I was still two gallons short. He claimed I was supposed to bring the gauge to 3/4, which I refused to do. When I finally got the correct contract it showed I only needed to bring the tank to between 5/8 - 3/4, which it was when I refueled the truck. I was charged for an additional 2 gallons, which I am sure went into his personal car not the U-haul van.
ANDREW MACIEThe owner lit a cigarette and smoked in the U-Haul as they were getting vehicle information and driving it up front for me to pick up. It was not very professional and the interior of the car smelled like smoke the whole time as a result.
Brandon HawkinsI will long story short this in expectations that I will be reached by someone above about our experience..First of all, the fact that this is run out of a Gas station .. was the first red flag! Upon trying to reach someone at this location, the man whom answers the 3866151463 number immediately is rude & says “ what’s your business” Super professional right? So we get the truck, do what we have to do & come back to return it and we go inside to return it. My fiancé went 5 miles over the bought amount of miles so he requested to pay in cash so his card won’t be charged! After 10 minutes of patiently waiting, the man advises my fiancé that the internet is down& and jokingly my fiancé says “ well I have somewhere to be can I just leave the amount and you keep the change” & respectfully we had somewhere to be!!!!!!! The man responds “ what do you need to be in the hospital, have patience” ???? Long story short my fiancé and him exchanged words and this man told my fiancé he will put bullets in him! What kind of white supremacy is going on here! We not only black but we feel discriminated!!! Mind you we live in Daytona and went to the Daytona location but they didn’t have any the size we needed so we were sent to Ormond! This is the kind of people uhual contracts with!!! We will NEVER EVER, rent from uhaul and I don’t hear back I will be looking into taking legal action….
quayshaun murphyThe “store manager” was rude and condescending. I asked for proof of return since I had not received the email, he said it wasn’t his problem and to leave his store. There is much more and I’m supposed to get a call from an area supervisor. I have not received that call yet. I have a witness that was standing next to me. I never raised my voice and simply wanted proof of return. He never sent the email and I had to call uhaul in the parking lot to get it sent because he told me to go in the parking lot to “make my call to uhaul.”

Zabia KhazaalThis location was alright, set up was different. Picked up the trailer from a gas station. One guy working the store; including the U-Haul section. He seemed to be new to the process. He was polite, did what he needed to, and I didn't have any trouble.
Jiovanni ClarkeThe lot manager came out while I was doing the on-line check-in and told me to cancel out it because he didn't allow it. He also would not give me the keys to the truck and allow me to come back later to get it after I completed the rental contract and gave him my credit card. He told me that I have to drive it off his lot in order to get the keys. He even told me I could park it at the gas station across the street and come back and get it later that they probably wouldn't tow it if I parked over there. I ended up having to drive the truck 10 miles home even though I was coming right back that direction a few hours later with my moving help. I had to pay for an additional 20 miles because this guy has some mental issues and was being such a dick. He let me leave my personal pickup truck on his lot overnight, but I couldn't leave the actual U-Haul truck for a few hours??? I have read the reviews for this location and the Manager seems to have some serious issues. U-Haul needs to do a serious review of this location.

Everett BoucouvalasI requested /reseserved 48 blankets and a appliance dolly but when I picked up the truck they only had 7 blankets and no dolly. I had to go to another U-Haul to get those items
RICHARD GAUGHRANSecond week in a row that we reserve a trailer at this location. Both reservations were for 7am as tge website stated the location opens at 7. The first time he got there 30 minutes late. The second time he called tge day before to tell us to cone between 7:30-7:45. He hot there at 8:10.

James HamptonPros: Open on Sundays and was able to rent a truck in the mid Afternoon Con: Text rental confirmation stated had use until 9:00pm. Gentleman who rented truck texted around 6:30pm asking “How much longer”. That was not appreciated and so for that sole reason I would not recommend to a friend

Rafik BeshayThe guy working there has to be one of the rudest people in the service industry I have ever encountered. For some reason he was under the impression he has the right to tell me what I can and can not do. Where I can stand and not stand. If I can sit in my vehicle or when I need to get out. Threatened to call the police on me cause I was running late on returning it. Absolutely horrible. I was honestly trying to wait till they closed to return it but when he said he was calling the police I just did it.

Ronald GoldbergHORRIBLE service! We have rented Uhauls many times and this place was the worst of the worst. We use the 24/7 service - always have. This guy told my husband off for using technology and literally threatened him for not doing it his way because “he might have to charge us more.” We left it with more gas than when we started and only had it for 2 hours.
